    Couple things WCPA has been fermenting for 15 days in keg, will try and bottle sometime this week, might wait till 21 days actually. tried some, had a flat taste but kind of cloudy. normal? :rockin:

    i'll give it a shot. Called Austin Homebrew Supply, rep said their recipes are for kits not really for Mr. Beer kits. i can understand that.

    1) 10 or 14 days before bottling? 2) glass bottles or will plastic bottles still taste ok? 3) what is the current ABV % for each bottle i pour? 4) how can i increase the ABV% if its not enough? right now, i'm brewing west coast pale ale (favorite beer is Sierra Nevada Pale Ale). :mug:
