    Corona/Landshark style clone recipes?

Does anyone have any good Corona or Landshark style clone recipes, or even a recipe which kicks this style up a notch?

    Irrelephant's Labels & Logos Thread

I figured I would just make my own thread for all my labels and logos, etc. If anyone wants an easy (aka not completely time consuming) logo or label done, just hit me with a PM. Here's a few of my labels so far:

Cleaning a 1 in ID blowoff tube

This. Get the oxyclean without any "flavoring" or scent, I forget what they call it officially but get that stuff.

Why Do You Choose to Homebrew?

I find a lot of people that homebrew also are quite crafty with other things like woodwork. From my observation a lot of people enjoy the "start with nothing, end with something" aspect of brewing. It's also rewarding in a couple ways. As I mentioned, you start with ingredients and end with a...

    Show Us Your Label

In preparation for the finish of my Presidential Honey Ale EDIT: And in preparation for my newest incoming beer kit, Sierra Pale Ale.

Anyone else regular at Crabs Claw Inn, Lavallette?

It's a great place and the bar tenders are all great. From what I can recall they have on tap: Bud Miller Coors Yeungling Blue Moon Sam Adams (whatever's in season) PBR & 3 crafts, one was an IPA called purple something, I think.

First draft of the logo. Critiques please?

Refering to the one with the balancing elephant? Yeah that's my favorite too and it was the quickest to make! Also nice to see another New Jersian on here! :mug:

I actually really dig the star in the eye! Thanks for this!

    Your favorite top five beers?

Well, I'm young and just recently got into this whole brewing/beer thing. Most of these will be big brands, but anyhow, here goes. 1. Hoegaarden 2. Sam Adams Boston Lager 3. Presidential Honey Lager 4. Fat Head's Head Hunter IPA 5. Yuengling

First draft of the logo. Critiques please?

After looking closer the elephant's rear leg is lower than the cut of the circle. As a wanna-be designer I should have known better. I'm fixing it now. And thanks for the recommendation on text. I have the hardest time picking fonts, it's ridiculous. I will be working on an alternate design...

First draft of the logo. Critiques please?

You read my mind! I really like the first one w/ the asterix above the I. We shall see. I am going to whip up another design and see what comes out of it. 1. 2. 3.

Understood. Hopefully I can make it out to the next meeting.

Not me! I hoard all the Belgian Wheat. :tank:

First draft of the logo. Critiques please?

Round 2. Still not please with the bottom text but just got it together for the concept of it. Thoughts? EDIT: Should I give the elephant an eye? I was thinking either white or blue.

    Cleaning Aluminum Bottles

Quick idea. The aluminum would make a great base for any chalkboard spray. Why not use the rough-&-paint idea and use a chalkboard paint. This way you can write whatever it is you're bottling and have a nice, clean, uniform look to them all.

First draft of the logo. Critiques please?

Not sure, but I don't think so. Actually all very good advice. I was never really happy with the lower font but the stuff about the elephant and the boarder make perfect sense. Revisions will start shortly. Thanks for the input.

Making bartenders obsolete one step at a time...

Forward thinking but the idea could use a little more polishing. Plus, I go out to bars so I don't have to pour my own beers :mug:

Anyone interested in starting a Home Brew Club in the Toms River area?

Do you guys switch up the locations? There's a bunch of good local spots with a good selection it would be silly (IMO) not too. Plus it's a good excuse to travel around and try places we may never even come across.
