    Correcting OG with H2O

    I boiled off a gallon more than I had planned on a 10 gallon batch of light lager. I know I can dilute it with a gallon of water, my question is should I do it now or post fermentation and why? Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

    Grinding hops

    Is there any benefit to grinding whole hops in say a coffee grinder? It seems that you would get better utilization than steeping whole hops. Surely someone has tried it.
