Well it seems you raised them right!!

I did a pineapple pale ale and just used 2 peeled and cubed pineapples in the boil for the last 15min. Great pineapple aroma when drinking but not much pineapple taste. I found it to be great and didn't take long to go through my 5 gallons.

Any current specials on right now?

It's detailed enough, the 5100's seem easier to come by as well as a few bucks cheaper so I think I'll go with one of those. Thanks.

Hey BrunDog, your solution looks great and I hope to implement by the end of summer. I've been researching hardware and sourcing everything and had a question on ethernet shields, is there a big difference in the 5100 vs the 5500 and any reason to use one over the other?

Couldn't you just use a submersible heater in the glycol reservoir to heat the glycol and circulate warm glycol. Should only need 1 output from the BCS and a relay. Unless I'm missing something, that should work. I don't have my build done yet but that was how I was going to do it. Thoughts.

If you still want to go plastic, you can get a much better price if you look around. Try Rural King, Agrimart or Spraysmarter and look for 15G Full Drain Inductor tank. I got mine for $65 each plus shipping.
