    Saaz it up Blonde Ale. Partial Mash late addition

    This is a 4 lb partial mash recipe, 11 litre boil, that finishes dry, and is a clear straw colour and nicely balanced. The wheat gives it a touch of silkiness, and the Saaz makes me think I just might be drinking a Czech beer. OG: 1.050 FG: 1.013 ABV: 5.0% IBU: 20 1.35kg Pale 2 row. 1.2...
