    Dog fish head 75 min

    I have been looking around for a recipe similar to dogfish heads 75 minute IPA. I've brewed about 5 kits this year and I really want to brew this one so that I can have bottled and drank by summer. Has anyone had any luck, making this? Or maybe lead me down the right path for the recipe?

    I just brewed a kit today and I just put it in the primary and the directions state that it goes into bottles after about 2 weeks in the primary. All of the other cases Ive had to put in a secondary and then bottle after that. Would it just help out if i just put the Minnow in the secondary and...
