    If you're using Brett then you're in luck. Brettanomyces will consume ruptured yeast cells and their byproducts, so rather than autolysis you've got nutrient for your bugs!

    One other thing to check is the connection between the CO2 tank and the regulator. When I first got my keg system I went through a whole 5# tank in about 12 hours. Turns out I didn't get the nylon washer that's supposed to go in there and it all leaked out. I would also get a wrench that fits...

    Brewer's Best makes a gluten-free ale kit. We just ordered some today to try them out, but we won't get them for about a week.
