    Beer Pouring Too Fast - Solution?

    Cold Condition - Engage the Gas

    Hey Everyone! I'm going to be brewing a California Common next week, and I plan on cold conditioning it in a corny in my kegerator for 2-3 weeks at 38 f. My question is - can I cold condition my beer while it is on gas and carbing? Or is it best done off the gas? Cheers!!

    Set it and forget it - Engage the beer line?

    Hey there HBT saviours! Just strapped in my two first homebrewed kegs (best. day. ever.) , and am going with the set it and forget it method. One question... do you engage the beer line when using the set it method? Thanks everyone!
