    How do you add your pellet hops?

    When you add your pellet hops do you put them right in the boil, or do you put them in a hop bag? I have been using a bag since I started brewing and have wondered if I get full utilization this way. What is everyones thoughts and opinions on this?

    I had a 20 qt round mlt and just built a 50qt cube mlt. Now that I have the space to do a mash out should I. Just wondering what everyones opinions are. Does it make a difference for anyone? Btw I batch sparge but thinking of trying a fly sesion.

    I got about 2lb of fresh hallertau today and was wandering how to store them. They were picked fresh and have been frozen in two zip loc bages. Do I thaw them out and dehydrate them or leave them frozen and just plan my next few batches to use them up for flavor and aroma. Thanks

    Liquid yeast vs. dry yeast

    I have always used Wyeast for beer and have never tried a dry yeast. I see a lot of post and recipies using dry yeast and was wondering what everyones favorits are. Do I want to try dry or just stick to what I've been using and know?

    when to do a protien rest?

    I have always done a protien rest when using more than 40% wheat, but is it necessary? I have seen reports of people using 60% wheat and doing a single infusion mash. Just curious on everyone elses opinion and brewing habits are when doing wheat beers.
