quick update...worked wonderfully for my easter family gathering. 13 people. 1 keg budweiser, 1 of summer shandy..cold beer all day. Am having some issues w/ foam and pressure. Buddy suggested beer lines too short. How do i calculate how long they need to be?

and the finish...it is just functional now.. a bar will be built over top with a real tower etc.. Also, my stc-1000 is wired as posted elsewhere on this site, but no heating element is needed. As i make improvements etc. i will post them here

Hi all, i started this project by looking on here about a year ago.. Well after much researching, planning and building it is functional, so i thought i would post some pictures. Be happy to answer any questions. The first pictures are of my sketchup and my freezer i found on craiglist.

This program just takes practice. I have no CAD experience or anything, but it is eventually way easier than drawing, and your measurements are all there for you. I have designed my basement bar and movie theatre, my bathroom, my coldbox/draft system. It just takes time. So..for all you who...

i see. i didnt know y ou just had to run the hot into 7 and then back out of 8 to the outlet. That makes sense, its just a switch in there. Thanks for the help!

i see! i was thinking you ran black and white into each heat and cold, then to outlet you wanted to use. I am not using heat at all though, so i wont be using that THANKS!

I'm having issues wiring mine. Do you not run white and black into anf from stc? It looks like you have to run black(hot) from power cord to stc power then also to #7. Then you run another black from 8 to the outlet? And the white runs from power cord to switch then to stc? Correct?

Ok speedy. Need some help here. I started hooking it up. I have power to stc. Black in #1(all the way left) white in #2. Then I have a black running from 7 to gold on outlet and white from 8 to silver on outlet. And green from cord to ground on outlet. I hear the stc click on to cool...

Speedy, let me ask you a question. I wanna put a fan (always on) a light ( comes on when I open door) and a another fan pointed up a draft tower ( only blows when draft tower needs cooled). Could I splice all this into stc 7and8? And basically everything else be what you did?
