    Hey there im in the process of steeping my toasted flaked oats and a variety of grain. If i want to add dutch cocoa does it go in at the beginning of end of the boil? THNKS

    dry hopping with leaf hops question

    hello kind folk, ol' nut here from MI my question is whens the ideal time to add the hops (1oz summet hops) prior to it being bottled? and should i put the leaf hops in a sock or will just throwing them in by themselfs be fine? (im worrying about them getting clogged in the siphon tube)...

    Hey there kind folk I have a quick question. So once I find the carbonation level I like in my beers; do I then get the bottles in the fridge or basement to stop carbonation? Thanks guys!
