Anyone happen to have done this recipe kit and still have their recipe sheet? I lost mine and want to bottle tomorrow but forgot priming sugar directions
I brewed a five gallon batch with specialty grains less than two pounds. When i racked it to its secondary i bottled the last bit in a half liter with about 1/4 cup of priming sugar. Two weeks later i tried the bottled one and it was very winey. It had allot of sediment and I'm not sure about my...
So this is my first brew and I'm excited to get started on it. I have for gotten what specialty grains they gave me but they are milled together and we will try that with the Brown Ale extract kit.
