    A message to extract brewers.

    The canned hopped LME is usually old. If you want good LME, try Midwest Supplies. They have excellent kits to try. I have not had any poor extract or AG beers frame them

    I am in the process of making a Maple Pecan Nut Brown Ale. I just moved it to secondary. The OG was 1.082 and the current G is 1.008. That means an ABV of 9.7%. If it turns out to be great, I want to enter it in a competition. Should I enter it as a English Brown or a Barleywine? Right now it is...
