    Carbonation

    I bottled an octoberfest about 6 weeks ago and I still don't have much carbonation, is there away I can recarbonate? It was a five gallon batch and I used 5 oz of priming sugar, same as I always use but very little has happen .

    Yeast

    I brewed 3 days ago and used a dry yeast. Didn't rehydrate the yeast and I don't see much activity . Can I pitch more yeast or should I wait ?
