    Want to go All-Grain

    I have a nice $100 bill burning a whole in wallet after getting into the finals of my fantasy football league. How far can I stretch it to go all-grain? My brewing set up is already pretty good. I have a nice propane burner, 10 gallon pot, chest freezer with temp controller, etc.

    Can I turn a Mr. Beer Recipe Kit into something useful?

    So my buddy is going through a divorce and is trying to liberate (and downsize) stuff from his condo. Long story short, he gave me a Mr. Beer Mexican Cerveza kit and I was looking for some advice to make it something more useful. Maybe kick it up to 5 gallons, bump the abv up a bit, etc.

    Newbie question about oak chips

    As part of my xmas gift, my lovely wife got me a Blind Pig IPA recipe from More Beer. The kit came with oak chips to put in a secondary. Can I just add the chips in the primary once the wort cools down? Should I add them to the primary after the active fermentation has settle down? And should...
