    Co2 at bottling

    Should be bottling the niagra mist kit bit has so much co2 in it! I've attempted to de gas over tue last 3 days but am worried I am going to lose the batch! I've filtered it because it was really cloudy but still loads of co2! Any suggestions!

    Clearing wine

    My wildberry Shiraz island mist is suppose to be in the Carboy for another week but I just pit some Ina wine glass and it was clear! This is my first wine so is it done or should I wait a week! This kit requires no bottle aging so If it's done then I will bottle! Thx all for your help!
