    White Rajah Clone

Any updates on how clone #2 turned out? I went to school in Ohio and fell in love with this beer. I would love an accurate clone recipe!! :tank:

American Pale Ale Three Floyds Zombie Dust Clone

Brewed this yesterday using my ghetto BIAB with batch sparge on my stove - used the oven trick to maintain mash temp - worked great! I made a 3 gallon batch (using BIAB for test batches now, when I don't have time to make it over to the brother's to brew on our real setup). OG was 1.067 - so I...

    Honey Oatmeal Pale Ale Suggestions?

My brother and I are brewing a new attempt at HOPA (more if a honey ale that is pale than a honey apa) soon and wanted some suggestions on the recipe. Realized after a tour of Fort George (Sunrise OPA) that they use a very simple malt bill - just oats and 2 row - and wanted to simplify ours...

Cascade Log Jam APA (extract with steeping grains)

Turned out great! Hoppy but with a nice malt back. I think in the future I might try to sub the amber LME for light DME with a late extract addition and use some crystal 60 and Munich in the steep to get that amber flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

    Oatmeal Stout Milk Oatmeal Stout

Update on my hammered version: Turned out great! I was feeling a bit tight on cash so I didn't add vanilla beans like I had intended, but it tastes great as is. It is a great session stout for sure; it has a great mouthfeel and it goes down easy.

    Dunkles Weissbier Arkador's Dunkelweizen

Quick follow up post. It has been drinkable for over a month now and still tastes great. Probably will brew up another batch this summer for some days out in the sun. Great wheat beer.

    Oatmeal Stout Milk Oatmeal Stout

Brewed this last night (well, a bastardized version), using the extract recipe. Realized I ordered un-milled grain, so I spent WAYYYY to long hammer-milling it myself - hope I didn't obliterate too much of it/leave too much of it un-milled. RDWHAHB right? Other than that went pretty well -...

    Dunkles Weissbier Arkador's Dunkelweizen

Bottled mine about a week and a half ago now. It tastes delicious! Very easy to drink. Will keep on my list of quick, easy, and delicious recipes.

Cascade Log Jam APA (extract with steeping grains)

Brewing this as we speak. Using more cascade instead of centennial and willamette instead of fuggles. All whole-hops from Portland area. Excited to see how it turns out - the pics you posted look amazing.

    Dunkles Weissbier Arkador's Dunkelweizen

Brewed this yesterday but subbed White Wheat for American Wheat. Also used full 2# of grain. Ended up boiling 6 gallons down to about 5.5 with an OG of 1.060. Used Safale WB-06 and she is bubbling at around 72 on the fermometer. Will let you know how it turns out!
