    I haven’t been to Louis Lunch in about 4 years…but im very surprised how well done those burgers are…ours were still mooing! You should try and hit up Ted’s Steamed Burgers in Meriden…from my past experience it was much better than Louis!

    Im not aware of any homebrew suppliers at least in the states selling unmalted barley unless it is an adjunct. What are some of the brands you are looking at?

    Go with the 240V…110 while nice and more accessible is really underpowered at least IMO.
