    Secondary fermentation restart?

    Cider or Cyser?

    I have been brewing a 5 gallon recipe for several years that uses 36oz of honey. I call it a cider; a very rude but possibly correct individual informed me that this is a cyser. What say ye all?

    All Wheat BIAB

    I was inspired by Basic Brewing's single decoction all wheat. I'm going to be trying to replicate their recipe and methods. Their number show nearly 90% efficiency. If I get 75% I'll be happy. I'll let you know what happens.
