I brewed a Scottish ale on 3/23, and my fermentation is stuck at 1.030 (OG: 1.064). It's been fermenting with ambient temperature around 65-70. The mash temperature was 152. Admittedly, I didn't make a starter... :-\
I've never had a stuck fermentation before. What are my options for...
I've been homebrewing for almost two years now, and I haven't had an infection so far. However, with our most recent batch, we found something weird in the blowoff bucket. The beer in the fermenter still looks normal though.

I want to add that I just tasted the blueberry beer. As is, the flavor is about what I want - actually it's not quite as strong as I like. Therefore, I definitely don't want even more of the sugars to ferment out.
(On a side note, it's very cloudy, so I will have to put it in a tertiary...
