    Howdy back! Thanks for the tip! When I was looking online at possible locations, many of the bars included the NoDa beers on their beer lists, so I think I should have no problem "sampling" plenty!

    I am going to be in Charlotte for a week next month (for work) and figured I would ask the North Carolina homebrewers for recommendations on the best local brewpubs or bars that have great selections of microbrews or local beers. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! :mug:

    LOL. Wish we had thought that mileage / OG angle! Badass indeed! That's the plan. Get a couple of bottles to each other when it's all said and done and see what the environmental differences make on the final taste.

    Just began the simultaneous brew session between myself (MA) and a good friend in GA. We thought it would be a cool idea to brew the same exact recipe at the same time...only about 1,100 miles apart. Just another example of how homebrew brings folks together! :mug:
