    HI I have not posted much but read the forum alot, and have learned much from it . Here is my problemeI bought a extract kit from my LHBS and it was for a Irish Stout it calls for 1lb of flaked barley that is not in the kit. I am just wondering if I could brew it with out the flaked barley here...

    The O/G was 1.051 I the F/G was 1.02 I think it will be ok I was just wwondering if the F/G should be lower or if it is ok thanks for all the help

    Hi all I was just wondering if 1.02 was to high of a F/G for a extract stout with specialty grains I left it in the primary for 1 week and in the primary for 3 weeks. I tasted it and it was very good still a bite sweet but not bad. I went a head and bottled it last night Thanks

    Ebenezer Ale

    Hi all I am new to this forum and fairly new to brewing but would like to know if any af you have a recipes/clone for Bridgeport's Ebenezer ale. Preferably a partial mash I can"t brew all grain yet thanks for any help.
