put my coopers lager in the secondary yesterday and looked @ it today, i know its just clearing but there are no bubbles or anything looks flat to me, i guess it is really, with no carbonation....

so do u always use an airlock on ur primary fermentaion or is it like wine and u can use the open type with the lid that just sits on top...? also when doing a second ferm. (clearing) does temp matter????
