    CPVC Manifold build for my Igloo MLT

    Got to clean and sanitize but it flows very well. I drilled holes on the bottom instead of cutting slits. Have to try with grains and see if it gets stuck. Got extra pipe if it does and I go with slits.

    Kölschbier?

    I picked up an extract kit of this Kölschbier. Since I had an empty primary just sitting around. It's an Ale but it's supposed to have different Characteristics? Figured I'd brew it up. Anyone have any feedback on this type of beer?

    Finally ordered my temp control off Ebay

    Been so busy in the shop I haven't had time to finish my new Ferm chamber build. (post pics soon) I finally got on ebay and ordered my STC 1000. Got everything else. Looks like I need to take Saturday off and continue the build. Got a lot of Lager recipes I want to brew!
