    I've seen these caps u put on bottles when doin secondary. Turn the bottle upside down and it collects the yeast and doesn't let it back into the bottle. It's a lot of reinvesting but I may have to do it. I'm so bummed about this

    Hi all. I have very depressing news (for me anyway) I'm yeast intolerant. When I drink my beer I get a tight wheezy chest and hot flushed face. Anyone any remedies and or alternatives please. I feel like I've had a death in the family, that's how much I love my beer

    Hi all I did a stout kit ( richies simply stout). I added 1kg sugar and o.g. was 1062. I did an s.g. 4 days later its now 0990. According to my calculations it's over 9%.     It wasn't that the room temp had bad head it just wasn't as impressive as the chilled glass beer head. Thanks for all your info. Once again what a great forum full off very kind people sharing their knowledge. Much appreciated.

    Hi all was drinking my brew last night and the first beer I poured was into a glass from the freezer and I got great head and head retention. My second was in the already used hence room temp glass, head ok but not near as good as first frozen glass pour. So on 3 rd beer froze the glass again...
