No I didn't see anything.

Smells like the last batch taste like beer

So checked my second batch today, smells like beer taste like beer. Has particles floating in brew though. No pic can't get one.

Was going to try but too dark. Brewed oktoberfest seems fairly dark.

Checked on my second batch today. Been fermenting for about 3 wks now but I noticed some particles floating in the brew. Is this a problem and if so what do I need to do?

Moved bottles downstairs yesterday where it is 70-72. Will they be ready sooner?

I bottled my American light after two weeks. I think you will be alright.

Bottled my first batch today and started my second batch. Cant wait to taste the first batch in 2 wks or so.

Got my glass bottles today, bottling tomorrow wondered if those bottles needed washed and if so can i run them through the dishwasher? Or will sanitizig them be enough?

No I don't have one. I noticed earlier that there is still a little bubbling action going on. Lots of sediment at the bottom and some bubbles and such at the top.

Been fermenting for two weeks this Friday, sampled it last Friday and it tasted like flat beer. Will if be fine to go ahead and bottle this week or should I let it sit another week?

Going to wait til I get my glass bottles and caps so about a week.

Checked my first batch today after a week of fermenting poured a little in to glass for my friend and I. Tasted like really flat beer and still had a yeasty smell my friend said that's what he thought. Is this good? I have decided to let it sit another week then bottle.
