How did you open your keg?

+1 on the angle grinder + cutting wheel. If you can make a 'jig' like bobby showed in his video's it makes for a very clean, round, fast cut. I think it took me less than a minute to cut it off using a jig style similar to bobby's. Make sure to fill the keg 1/2 way with water before you cut as well.

    Dry Bottles?

I put mine upside down in the cases with the bottom lined in paper towels, let them sit while i get everything ready for racking, this allows for most of the liquid to drain out with out getting the bottom of your cardboard cases wet.

    Quick Bottleing Questioin

When adding priming sugar/racking i like to angle my hose to run sideways along the side/bottom of the bucket to make it all move in a swirling motion. +1 on the 3/4 cup with two cups of water. I usually don't even cool it, i start my siphon and wait till there is about 1/2" or so at the bottom...

    Keezer question

So i went in to Home Depot on my way home from work yesterday and saw this http://tinyurl.com/2oqdrf (Magic Chef® 10 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer). I didn't have a chance to make the paper cut outs but i did measure the inside excluding the hump. It was 28"x19". This one was cheaper and bigger. I will...

Airlock: What do you fill it with? Why?

Cheap Vodka Read about it on these forums. I am using a cheap bottle that some one brought over to my house that I wouldn't touch with a 10' pole.
