    yeast question

    Air lock action

    I pitched yeast and capped fermenter on a Red Ale last night (Fri. at 9:00pm). Currently, there is no sign of action in the air-lock (Sat. 2:30pm). When can I expect to see a bubbling air-lock. Fermenter is at 69-70 deg. Thanks in advance for insight! I would rather have a bottle in...
