    grr...not broken surface yet

    Planted 4 centennials 1.5 weeks ago and nothing. I soaked in was water an hour prior to planting and covered with roughly an inch of soil. The ground looks great, since its in a garden but no go. How long do I wait to do anything? BTW, I took the 5th rhyzome and planted in a pot indoors and...

    chinook ipa alterations?
