    When looking at everything involved brewing beer, what would be the top 10, 50 or what ever things most important to making great beer. I would think the first bunch might be consistent.

    Getting bigger

    I have a few all grain recipes I have made a couple of times. If I wanted to raise the abv from 5.5 ish to 10 or so to go big are there any general steps to do so. Trying to keep same flavors and style (within reason)

    Gravity sugestions

    When do yall test the first time for FG? After that test how long till another gravity reading to see if all femintation is finished? If it were not finished how long till 3rd test? I hate to waste any of the good stuff but over carbed and in bottles has its own issues. (I recently discovered)

    How do you drink it?

    What glass do yall drink your beer from. I have an HUGE issue I need to overcome. Since i am bottling in 22oz bottles I dont have a good option for one glass pour. Looking for another option to 2 glasses.

    chocolate

    Quite new to brewing and want get more chocolate flavors into my next Irish stout or Porter (undecided) the thought of nibs soaked in vodka seems odd (a few drops in a bottle would do the same thing?). What about a specialty grain or....? Just fishing for thoughts before the next batch.
