I am going to try this again even though out of season. I never figured out where my McCormick's spice flavor went. I guess it was the angels share.

    Sweet Stout Deception Cream Stout

The only one I have made is the black pearl a few times and making small changes enough where I thought I could rename. Midnight opal. I do feel it has been a bit sweet but the wife loves it.

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

I hit my og number or at least close but when I taste the wort from hydrometer reading it has a little bite to it. Kind of like an orange rind would. Otherwise it seems great. Any ideas?

    Prioritize this

    Getting bigger

I have a few all grain recipes I have made a couple of times. If I wanted to raise the abv from 5.5 ish to 10 or so to go big are there any general steps to do so. Trying to keep same flavors and style (within reason)

    Yeast and gravity

Sunday I brewed everything went good for a change. My og ended up at 1.066. I am wondering if Nottingham yeast, dry unfortunately but it was hydrated, will make the journey to the end with out any issues? And at what point would a beer be considered "big" ? A gun without ammo is just an...

Do the steam jacketed kettles heat well with propane? I assume this is used as a pot no steam in use. A gun without ammo is just an expensive club.

Single Tier Brew Stand Tubing Thickness Question

Great info. I am surprised no pics. A gun without bullets is just an expensive rock. A gun and bullets without training are not much better.

Being in Texas I realise last summer my ferment temps were high, so fridge might be for fermentation. Skipping...
