    Extremely fast fermentation, is this normal!?!

    Hi all, brewed, I think my third batch, last night and put in fermentor at midnight. Woke up at 8:30 am the next day and it seems that fermentation has run its course... there is a nice thick layer on the bottom of the carboy. I used yeast from my previous batch and had that in a starter...

    OnederBrew.....anyone try this?

    They do not recommend you use a seperately purchased bucket and pressurize as it does NOT have the safety bung feature like their buckets do.....read a bit closer!
