    Broccoli wine?

    Just cooking up a big batch of broccoli for dinner and there are these big chunks if stalk left. Has anyone tried using them for wine or should I give it a go? If not any tips in what to do with them?

    Pumpkin wine scum

    I have my first attempt at a pumpkin wine clarifying at the moment but it seems to have developed a layer of milky scum on the top. Its smells fine (actually it smells like raw pumpkin, not sure it's going to be a hit) but looks unpleasant. Anyone any experience with this and how best to get rid...
