    Us-05 smells like fart

    I have used it twice now and both my brew smells like fart. One was a APA, fermented steady at 65 and almost 2 months from brew day . My second one is a 2.5 gallon light ale which fermented steady at 62-63 and little over 5 weeks from brew day. My second one is not as strong As my first one. But...

    Will diacetyl go away

    Been lagering now for a month and it still has a strong buttery taste. Can this be fixed? This was my first lager and I decided not to do a diacetyl rest, will be doing one for sure next time. Any info will be appreciated!

    Jockey box to cool wort

    If I were to get a jockey box and fill it with ice Water, would I be able to pump hot wort through The stainless coil and cool my wort?

    Mini mash.. Boil or no boil

    Hey guys! I just joined and my first question is, if I'm doing a pre hopped lme and instead of adding extra dme or lme ill be mashing few pounds of base malt. So my question is, after i do my mash do i need to boil for 60min or can I just add my pre hopped can and top it off with water...
