    dry hopping is for aroma, not flavor. though it might seem to taste hoppier with dry hopping. i suggest using beersmith software to help you build recipies. you can download a free three week trial before you buy it. It has been a huge help for me.

    As far as sanitation goes, the keggles will be at a high enough temp for enough time to kill any bacteria or such right? I know this debate is about purity and optimum scenarios for sanitary welding. Clean tig welding with an atmosphere purged of oxygen is the only way to go. I cant think of...
