    JUST PUT A BLACK ROCK PILSNER ON AND IT'S THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED A DIFFERENT YEAST THE ONE THAT COME WITH THE CAN HAD 5grms IN PACKET BUT THE ONE I PITCHED HAD 11.5grms HAVE I PUT TOO MUCH IN, IF SO WHAT WILL HAPPEN....... :( :confused: :( OCC

    JUST BREWED MY 3rd BREW AND AFTER 24HRS THERE WAS NO AIR LOCK ACTION,AFTER INSPECTION I FOUND I HAD A LEAK AROUND THE AIR LOCK GROMMET,I SEALED IT . NOW I AM WONDERING IF THIS IS GOING TO AFFECT THE BATCH.

    can anyone tell me the calculation of o.g & s.g to get the right gravity to bottle & also what is the best sugar to carbonate with.....
