    Should I dump my beer and start over... or not?

    Just out of curiosity, what yeast did you use? I've had to "rouse" the pale before, to see if I can get the yeast active again to finish off a bit of a stuck fermentation. But you were wise to leave the lid on. I'm thinking it's going to be fine.

    1st attempt at a clone [Ommegang Hennepin]

    Hey all, I have put together an attempt at a Hennepin clone from picking up on other recipes online. I'm trying to get close to the Hennepin, but I'm not going to lose sleep if it doesn't taste spot on. This is my first attempt at a clone, I've done several kits before that came out great...
