    Time is your friend. I usually let everything sit in primary for 3 wks or so. Unless I'm brewing a wheat beer. Then I'll leave it in the secondary for a few more weeks. Never had a problem. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Is flaked rice the same as rice hulls?

    I use 1/2-1lb of rice hulls in most beers I brew. 5-5.5 gal batch. With my system I've found it really evens the temperature out in the grain bed of my tun. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew
