    You also might want to try crushing the grains more. That should help as will...As long as you hit you OG and FG you shouldn't worry about anything else.

    Not only would I invest in an Auto-siphon, but a bottle filler as well..You can get one for real cheap and it make bottling a lot easier.....

    Sediment

    I had the same problem then I used a secondary carboy....I keep it in the primary for one week. Then I carefully siphon into a secondary trying not to get any sediment into the secondary then I leave it in that for three weeks...The beer comes out clean and with very little sediment in the bottles.

    Taste Report: English Pale Ale

    With a week in the primary, three weeks in the secondary, and only one week in the bottles I had to try one...I ended up drinking four...It's a great beer....I brewed the extract w/ grains NB kit..It's not as hoppy as Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale, but it got a nice combination of hop and malt...

    I have been only brewing for a couple of months, but I been using www.northernbrewer.com and they have been great...Good prices and fast shipping, but I would love it if they had free shipping...
