Can I make a starter using the liquid from the last little bit of all grain mash tun run off? I boiled it for 20 mins and threw it into my yeast starter. Anyone think this is genius, or horrible idea!
Can i Reincarnate a beer? I have 2 cases of IPA that I did not get to in time, ( I know I know) and now the no longer reassemble what I love about hops? Can I boil the beer back up and add some more hops and then ferment again?
I am going to attempt to make a combination of a milk stout and a oatmeal stout. I was considering adding 2 different kinds of wyeast to get the best of both yeast? I want to mix 1332 northwest and 1945 neobritannia. What is everyone's opinion?
