    Head space

    Just racked to secondary after 8 days and I have a bit of head space. I've noticed a lot of people in threads topping off with juice. So my question is, how much space is to much and if my final gravity is where I want it what can I do to get it back down or is that even possible? Here's a pic

    Should i add yeast booster?

    I started a new batch fri and added a cup and a half of brown sugar to my one gallon of cider. I boiled about 16oz of juice with the brown sugar than let that sit for a bit before adding it to the juice. Here's my issue, I think I added it to soon ie before it cooled to room temp and than...
