    The beer taste's fine........... The problem is theres no carbination. I added the priming sugar to the bottling bucket as i transfered the beer, however i didn't stir everything up Is there anyway to save the brew? (add carbination)

    Thanks for the reply, as far as sanatizing the siphion and the secondary is soaking them in bleach solution then rinsing them a adaquate plan for those as well? How important is using the hydrometer?

    1st batch, wondering if it's screwed

    Oh yea, mistake number 4 lol. I put the wort into the bucket with no spickit, so it's in the bucket with just the lid. So i won't be able to try to taste any untill i lift the lid to put the dextrose in for bottling. How long should i wait before i open it up for bottling?

    complete newbie need help on first brew

    As i brewed up the wort i stirred it about every min or so. There was a slight burnt smell comming from the wort. Is this normal, or did i screw up?
