Blichmann Pro Pilot vs Spike System

I Can run the power myself, the Blichmann system is American made using American made steel, the Blichmann table is much better, also I prefer a RIMS system over a HERMS by a mile, the Blichmann system is less expensive, you can’t heat but one kettle at the time with the spike, unless you pay...

Blichmann Pro Pilot vs Spike System

Looking to up grade my current system to either the Electric Blichmann Pro Pilot RIMS or the Spike System. I like them both, but I’m leaning towards the Blichmann System. What are your thoughts? Has anyone on here used both? This is a picture of my current system.

Blichman Pro Pilot VS Spike System

let me first say I love my 15 gallon Spike Mash Tun, I also am the proud new owner of a Spike CF-10. As far as the brew systems go, I like certain things about both. If I go with the Spike System I’d definitely go with the 20 gallon kettles and a 50 amp panel, if I choose the Blichman System, it...

    Finally finished my New Mill

Calgary, I knew it might look that way. LOL I was building the top table at a friends house, I don't have a table saw. It was 95 degrees and 90% humidity, and it rained. That's why it was in the living room. Really all we did was bolt it together, inside.

    Finally finished my New Mill

A little info about the build, the bottom shelf is just a pice of plywood. The base for the motor and the mill, is a stair tread cut into 2 pieces, glued together as well as screwed together from the bottom using a Kreg Jig. You must have a top that's flat and very rigid. The spacers under the...

    March pump or Chugger pump

I have a buddy of mine that has the new Blichmann riptide pump, it's hands down better than my chugged pump, I'm about to swap both of my chugged pumps to the Blichmann.

My well water test came back today,

I've been brewing for 4 years now, I've won several medals and I brew really good beer, with that being said I'm having a hard time understanding all this water chemistry. With the water in my OP what should I add for a Blonde ale, Porter or Stout, and a IPA? I definitely brew more than those 3...
