    Hint of green on FV lid

    Hello again, I have just checked my batch of Brewmaster Pilsner, I now have a AG of 1.006 after 7 days, I have decided to put it straight into the fridge to attempt a "cold crash". I'm slightly concerned because I noticed a hint of green discolouration on the lid of my FV. Has anybody else...

    Forgot to put water in air lock! Doh!!!

    Hi Beer Monsters, I'm brand new to Home Brewing but very keen to learn more. I read lots of reviews on beer kits for newbies and one seemed to keep cropping up......I managed to lay my hands on some Woodforde's Wherry and mixed the kit up as per the instructions yesterday.
