    The guy at a homebrew shop near me is a pilot and still stocks amarillos. They arent even that much more expensive. Im considering just going and stocking up if I get any good amarillo kick in this one (I dont know how old the hops they had are, and they dont store them cold, so who knows.)

    Color was a nice dark copper with a def red tinge when bottling. Ill have to post a photo in a glass in a week.

    Brewing an IPA extract.

    On my first brew day I tried to make an IPA. I did it outside on my dads turkey burner he uses for thanksgiving- propane powered. I did everything, but after adding 5 gallons of water I ended up with 7 after the boil. Turns out my homemade wort chiller leaked tap water while I was chilling...
