I'm new to home brewing and getting confused regarding boil times and additions.
If for example a recipe calls for "add the hops @45 mins" does that mean add the hops 45 mons from the start of the boil or 45mins from the finish?

I have a coopers lager in primary (day 3) and intend to rack when it reaches FG to help clarify it. My question is will there be enough active yeast remaining in order for bottle priming to occur? This is my first post, hopefully someone has an answer for me. Cheers
