    Well I'm off to Texas Steel tomorrow to get some 2x2 for my stand. Before I start cutting, I would like to know just how big a spot everyone used for a keggle. In BYO, it is a 12x12 spot per pot.     Beer gas in Texas?

    Corpus Christi TX that is. I plan on having a beer gas bottle waiting for me when I return to the states and then head home on leave. I would call gas suppliers myself, but I can not really do that at my current location. Alamo, I know your from CC, can you help?? Thanks :mug:

    Wheat carb levels

    I am trying to figure out how I am wanting to get my CO2 set up for my keezer. Only Thing I am trying to figure out is, if a wheat should be set at the same carb level as a rootbeer. I was thinking of having the two set at around 25 psi. Is that to much for a wheat, or not enouph for a rootbeer...

    Biodiesel or vegoil

    just wondering, how many homebrewer on here own diesels and run bio or vegoil? I've got a 2001 F-250 and I am wanting to go with some kind of "alternative" fuel. with diesel almost $4.00/ gal, bills get kind of hard to pay and driving is really painful. Any thoughts, comments? :mug:

    root beer serving psi

    well the wife want to start making root beer. it will be carbed with yeast and kegged. can it be served and treaded like beer? you know 10-12 psi for serving? i have heard that it needs alot more than that. any help would be great.....thanx :mug:

    starting mash with cold water??

    just wondering, what if you were doing a direct fired mash and dough in while the water is still cold? What would be the advantages, disadvantages? I was just wondering if maybe you could get better results like that.
