brewed my 3rd all grain this sunday, first was 40% second was 61% bought a barley mill and used 5-2 ended up with 73.77% all three the same brew. it's turning and bubbling like crazy. just had to tell someone. thanks for all the good info on this site, you guys rock. Nick

Just picked up a pump from midwest today and getting ready to brew on sunday, can i have the pump higher than the point for which i'm getting my water from (my kettle) i want to mount it about 2 feet above my kettle. Nick

just finished building a wood paddle for all grain, should i leave it natural or use butcher block oil? went to local wood working store and they said the oil should have no problems with the grain. any ideas Nick

I just got my christmas gift from my wife, 14 gallon Blickmann Fermenator with the tri-clamps. it is great, i just put it together. it is so easy to clean and the dump valve is big.

ordering burners from morebeer for beer sculpture, i want to be able to brew 5 gallon and 10 gallon batches. the h209 is 60k and the h212 is 92k , can you brew a 10 gallon with a 60k burner and can you turn down a h212 to brew a 5 gallon batch? what is the best size
