    Doubling 5 gallon extract kits??

    If I were to take two 5 gallon extract kits to create ten gallons, would this work out? Or is there something else I need to know, also After we boil in keggle can we put the batch into two different five gallon fermenters? Any help would be much appreciated !!!!

    Qestion for those with keggles!?

    If you have a keggle and also have the built in dial thermometer how do you use your immersion chiller if the thermometer stem is sticking out into the keggle. We have been wanting to install one our keggle but this is our only concern and thoughts would be great!

    How much to account for boil off?

    We made our first keggle and are preparing for first full boil batch, we are using 5 gallon extract kits. My question is how much water should we begin with to account for boil off? My assumption you rather end up with a little less wort ( since you can just top off with water to reach 5 gallon)...
