Should I add Citra to this IPA?

I had a pound of citra I used in all different ways. Dry hopping is the best choice for citra, 2nd for bitterness, 3rd aroma but I believe 1st and 2nd are the best choices. My favorite thing to do with citra is a double dry hop 7-10 days in the fermenter than at least 3oz in the keg til it's kicked.

Step 1. Grab a lighter slightly tilt bottle and heat the wax. Step 2. Use knife or bottle opener to cut through the wax right where the cap is. Step 3. Remove wax pop top and drink. This has never failed me.

    First time using dry yeast

It's 1469 West Yorkshire it's great if your barrel aging or long term aging. But for me I like a beer at least ready in a month or so unless Iam going for a big beer or an good aging beer I would not use this one again.

    First time using dry yeast

Before this used only liquid yeast thinking it was better but Iam now convinced that dry is just as good for certain beers that don't need a yeast profile. I am gonna add this to the great yeast list. I do like to experiment with different yeast and so far have 3 that are on the great list and...
